EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need to guarantee a delivery date we offer both Second Day and Next Day Air services, which you may choose during checkout. For Second Day delivery there is a surcharge of $15. For Next Day delivery there is a surcharge of $25. These charges are in addition to the standard/ground charges to your order. (Please note: These services are not available to ship to P.O Boxes.) ORDER PROCESSING: We ship most online orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS, but may use the USPS if shipping to P.O. Boxes or other addresses that UPS does not service, or if we feel another carrier will deliver your order more efficiently. "Next Day," and "2nd Day Air," orders received before 12pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. (Expedited weekend orders will be shipped the next business day.) Ground or Standard delivery orders may ship the same day, but during the holidays may take us several days to process. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for your purchase. WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: To ensure product quality, all chocolate and ivory coated products ordered between May 1 and October 1 MUST ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
